After the unexpected success of my self-initiated blu Bank teaser, we were invited to create a launch campaign for their new youth banking service: Blu Junior. The brief? Seven debit cards, each with a different theme, tone, and personality, each needing its own animated story. And just two weeks to deliver.
Despite the intense timeline, I led the concept and animation across the full campaign, crafting a visual language that unified the series while allowing each video to express the individuality of its card. From astronauts to arcade heroes, each world reflected a specific youth archetype through vibrant scenes and stylized motion.
My focus was on rhythm, story clarity, and playful transitions, guiding the viewer through each card’s persona in just a few seconds. Mohammadreza Mohammadi once again partnered with me on material and lighting, and together we pulled off a cohesive, visually rich series under extreme pressure.
